Terms of Service – Step to Center

Step to Center group meetings begin with a minimum of 5 members.
Until you are assigned a start date, your registration fee is held as a deposit for your first month of membership. You may request in writing a full refund of your deposit until two weeks prior to your group start date.
Your first month of membership begins on the first of the month on or prior to your group start date. Thereafter, your membership status is guaranteed for an additional 5 months, and your credit card will be charged the monthly membership fee on the first of the month. After the initial 6-months, your membership will automatically renew in 6-month increments until you terminate your membership in writing at least 2 months in advance.
Step to Center may terminate your membership at any time due to any violation of the Member Guidelines or the group process as determined in the sole discretion of Step to Center staff.
